1 ABOUT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to NoDesk. NoDesk helps companies identify, visualize and match skills, further enabling them to optimize the use of their resources.


Valid from 1st Jan 2026.

 

NoDesk (referred to in these Terms as "we, " "us, " "our, " and "NoDesk" ) is a platform in United States.The Platform is headquartered in the United States at 253 Broadway, New York, NY 10007.

These general terms of service for NoDesk's Software-as-a-Service NoDesk ("Terms") form an integral part of the Parties' agreement (together the"Agreement") which together governs the Customer's use of NoDesk's Services. In the event of a conflict between negotiated terms in the Agreement and these Terms, the Agreement shall apply. 

These Terms are applicable to Agreements from the above date.

 

 

2 Account Registration:

2.1. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on NoDesk

2.2. Each phone number can only be registered to one account.

2.3. Do not rebind the same wallet to another platform account, as appropriate action will be taken.

2.4. Keep your account and withdrawal password confidential! The platform will not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized access.

 

 

3 Platform Usage:

3.1. The system randomly allocated roles, and once allocated, changes, cancellations, or abandonment of roles are strictly prohibited.

3.2. Any inappropriate use of the account will result in legal action.

3.3. Users can only allowed to use one cryptocurrency address to make restore, please take note to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

3.4. The platform may require additional verification steps, such as identity verification or address verification, before allowing users to use certain features.

3.5. The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without cause.

3.6. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account and using the platform.

3.7. Users must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts or manipulating the system to Assign more roles than allowed.

3.8. Users must not share their account information, including login credentials and redemption codes, with anyone else.

3.9. The platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's access to certain features or services if the user violates any of the terms and conditions.

3.10. Users must agree to receive communication from the platform, including message and notification regarding their account and role Assignment 

 

 

4 Role Assignment:

4.1. Ensure that all roles have been fully assign ed before you can withdraw or reset your account.

4.2. Account with a balance of less than $80 cannot assign roles. Ensure that you have a balance of at least $80 before assigning any roles. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.

4.3. Assignment of roles must be completed within one day of acceptance. If unable to complete within one day, inform live support immediately. 

4.4. Daily assign limit may contain 1-5 Priority roles.

4.5. The first set of roles contain 1-5 Priority roles.

4.6. All exchange rates will follow the regulation of the platform's financial department, and there will be different exchange rates every minute.

4.7. Upgrading your membership will get you 5 more assign roles and more than 5 Priority role opportunities as well as the ability to increase your account's rebates. If your immediate member upgrade the account. Members will also be given the opportunity to upgrade their accounts automatically.

 

5 Withdraw:

5.1. Withdrawal can only be submitted or requested once all the roles is completed.

5.2. You can withdraw your earned funds on the platform, subject to certain conditions.

5.3. All roles must be assigned before withdrawing or resetting your account.

5.4. Before proceeding with withdrawal, ensure that you have bound your redemption address on the platform.

5.5. Withdraw your funds on the menu pages "Withdraw" interface. Click the "Withdraw" button and input the amount you want to withdraw and your secure pin to proceed with withdrawal. 

5.6. The processing duration for withdrawal is within 20 minutes, and the withdrawal time is the same as the platform's operating time.

 

 

6 Liability And Disputes:

6.1. The platform is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the platform or any assign of roles through the platform.

6.2. Member need to pay 200 usd to terminate account due to looking for role and not going to continue, wasting resources and manpower. 

6.3. The platform is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from the user's failure to complete assign of roles or from any unauthorized access to the user's account. 

6.4. The platform reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected or engaging in fraudulent activity.

6.5. Each and every member need to follow Australia rules and regulations pay for the 45% taxes.
 

 

 

7 Modifications And Termination:

7.1. The platform reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

7.2. The platform may terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without cause.

7.3. The platform may charge fees for certain services or features, and users will be notified of any such fees before they are incurred.

 

 

8 Limitation Of Liability:

This section of the terms is important and you should read it carefully.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoDesk and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any:

8.1. Loss to you which was not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breaching these Terms or otherwise failing to use reasonable skill and care in our provision of the Services;

8.2. Loss to you which was caused by the actions or omissions of any third party (including any third party to whom we may have introduced you);

8.3. Damage to your property (including data and digital devices), unless such damage is caused by our failing to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. However, we will not be liable for damage which you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage which was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place any minimum system requirements advised by us; or

8.4. Business losses, including:
       (i) Loss of profits, sales or contracts;
       (ii) Loss of income or revenue;
       (iii) Loss of business opportunity or goodwill or reputation; or
       (iv) Wasted management or office time. 

 

9 Governing Law And Jurisdiction:

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NoDesk is registered.

9.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction where NoDesk is registered.

We provide the Services for private use. Any commercial use of the Services by you requires our prior written consent, and our liability for such commercial use falls outside the scope of these Terms.

These terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer or limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under law.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using NoDesk. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
